HOURS OF OPERATION
FriendsvilleTM Animal Center staff cares for your pets 365 days per year, but pets will only be released during lobby hours.
Monday – Friday: 8am – 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 2pm
Sunday: Closed
BOARDING
Arrivals (check-in): Anytime on Day of Reservation*
Departures (check-out): Anytime on Day of Departure*
DAYCARE
Monday-Friday only (non-boarding clients)
Full Day: Please pick up by 5:30pm* (charged for boarding/food if not picked up by closing)
Half Day: Please pick up by 1:00pm (charged for full day and/or boarding/food if applicable)
*Drop-off and pick-up are allowed during lobby hours, but please allow 30 minutes prior to closing. Our staff really appreciates that so they can get home to their own furry kids and families on time.
VISITATION
During your pet’s stay at FriendsvilleTM Animal Center, they are on vacation and visitation is confusing and interruptive for your pet and therefore, is highly discouraged. In any case, under no circumstances will anyone other than the pet owner be able to visit the pet.
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
During the holidays we give our front desk staff time off to be with their families and are not able to accommodate pick-up or drop-off on the following days:
