All dogs must visit the facility and spend a little time with us prior to being able to request a reservation. While not all dogs are social butterflies who will be allowed to participate in Day Play group activities, we still need to evaluate how your dog feels in our setting because we want your furry child and our staff to be comfortable with each other. And don’t worry, there are still plenty of one-on-one activities to choose from when accepted as a Friendsville™ Pet even if your pup just prefers human company. The preadmission assessment evaluation is $50 (payable at the time the appointment is made).

We are no longer accepting the following breeds (or mixes):  Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, English Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Presa Canerios, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Bull Terriers, Boerboel or Sharpeis.

All dogs must be at least 4 months old and current on all required vaccinations. Senior animals (we love them!) and those with special needs can usually be accommodated, but an age and/or medical stability certificate will need to be filled out by your veterinarian and reviewed by our management prior to accepting a reservation request.

For safety, reasons, female dogs who are in heat are not allowed to board.

Only dogs who are spayed or neutered can participate in group activities. After passing a social evaluation*, your dog can have even more fun during their stay at Friendsville™ Animal Center by making friends at Day Play!
