*All Reservation requests made through the Guest Portal must be confirmed by phone or email by Friendsville™ Animal Center. You may request online reservations but remember that reservations are not confirmed until you are notified that space is available and a reservation has been entered for your pet(s).
Before your pet’s arrival for an evaluation, reservation or appointment, we must receive a formal vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian indicating that your pet is up-to-date on required vaccinations. We are not able to check a pet into Friendsville™ Animal Center without vaccinations being current.
